Thank You

First of all I would like to greet to all the muslim "Selamat Berpuasa". Sorry for not updating my blog for quite sometimes. I'm very busy with muruku business and the order is overwhelming and unexpected.

As this is my first year and first experience taking order for Hari Raya. I'm not really know about keeping stock of flour and bottle. Luckily, I've no difficulty in getting this stuff.

I'm start making muruku on the 2nd week of puasa. At that moment I've received about 120 orders from Port Klang office and Bangsar, I'm quite relax. When come to 3rd week of puasa, order keep on coming and until today. I really can't coop with it and have asked my sales representative to stop taking order. I'm really exhausted!!Some of the customer don't mind waiting until Friday (18th September) for their additional order. Hopefully this Friday will be my last day pressing muruku

, cannot tahan maa!!! and Saturday I have to wok for Hari Raya.

Last but not least, thank you to all my customers, sales representatives and family for your ordering and cooperation. For my first year sales, I've sold almost 300 bottles of muruku. Thank you

Doa Selamat

Hello again...long time no see yaaa
Sorry, I'm quite bz for finishing all order from customer for hari raya..
Just wanna share with all of u the day before bulan ramadhan(hehehe,lama giler xupdate)

This is my last preparation of muruku for one of the staff in Etika Insurance at Bangsar. She's ordering 100 pieces for her doa selamat. After that I've involved in accident at Fraser Hill with my husband and I have to rest for a few days. Anyway, thanks for ordering

Bz Day

Last week is quite bz day bcoz I'm preparing 150 doorgift for Ross from SHRDC. This is a part of gift for his brother's wedding reception. Thank you Ross for ordering from me. Hopefully more business between us in future

Besides bz preparing for Ross, I'm also bz preparing for other customer from various offices in Port Klang and also for pasar malam.

Appetizer

Business started in June 2009. At the beginning i just want to promote muruku for Hari Raya Aidilfitri that will be coming in few months time but the demand is overwhelming, from 2 to 3 kilo's in a week, it keeps on increasing to more that 10 kilo's for the second month operation. Order has been received from few offices in Port Klang and another offices in Bangsar, Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur. Few friends has volunteer to be sales representative.

Umi's Recipe had been studied for a few year. It has been tested among families and relatives. Free muruku and kerepek pisang was given to them during Hari Raya and kenduri. Some has ordered for various function and all free laa.....but as business commenced this year, sorry no more free muruku yaa..

Spieces for muruku has been washed, dried and fried and kept in the air tight container before use. This is to ensure the cleaniness, crispy and long last.
